CERTIFYING THE ORDER

Accepted order will be immediately confirmed by an e-mail and in case of need specified by an e-mail or phone
In case of not having all the goods on stock, an alternative term of delivery or cancelling the item will be agreed with a customer by a phone or an e-mail

SENDING

Goods are sent immediately after receiving or specifying an order by a shipping service.

Sending goods the same day as ordering them is guaranteed only if the order is accepted till 13.00 h. and recieve of prepayment confirmation by e-mail.
